Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to assist with office tasks, accounts outstanding follow-up, social media marketing, and support the Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
Admin & Office Task:
Assist Admin Manager with daily tasks
Manage office supplies, files, and documentation
Handle correspondence and data entry
Accounts:
Follow up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable
Process invoices, payments, and expenses
Assist with account reconciliations
Social Media:
Create and schedule posts
Monitor engagement and respond to comments
Assist with content creation and analytics
Other Tasks:
Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Maintain office records and databases
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
* Graduate degree in Commerce.
* 1-2 years of experience in admin/accounts
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Tally
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
* Experience with accounting software (Tally)
* Social media marketing skills
