As a swimming instructor at TIDA Sports, you will play a vital role in teaching swimming to individuals of various age groups and skill levels. Your primary focus will be on water safety, technique, and building confidence in a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering effective swimming lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels. - Demonstrating and teaching proper swimming techniques and strokes. - Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills. - Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing rules and procedures. - Maintaining constant supervision to guarantee the safety of all swimmers. - Being prepared to provide first aid and CPR in case of emergencies. - Communicating effectively with students and parents regarding progress and concerns. - Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction accordingly. - Keeping accurate records of student attendance and progress. - Preparing and organizing lesson plans. - Maintaining pool equipment and reporting any issues. - Attending staff meetings and trainings to stay updated. - Following all policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation. Qualifications for this role include: - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and abilities. - Possessing traits of patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. - Knowledge of water safety and first aid. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Capability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.
