Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Responding to consumer queries, comments, and messages across social media platforms (X, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) as directed by the Brand Manager.
  • Assisting in handling consumer grievances on social platforms by following brand communication guidelines and escalation protocols.
  • Drafting replies and communication pieces that maintain a consistent, brand-aligned tone of voice.
  • Supporting conversation-building activities by engaging with relevant posts, discussions, and trending topics under guidance.
  • Monitoring social media mentions, tags, and discussions about the brand and flagging important insights to the Brand Manager.
  • Preparing basic reports on consumer queries, sentiment, and engagement for review by the Brand Manager.
  • Coordinating with the internal team whenever consumer queries need product, service, or technical inputs before responding.
  • Ensuring timely responses and maintaining positive interactions with online communities.
