Job Title: Gear & GMA Executive

Location: Roverz Motors, Karungapally Branch

Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Gear & GMA Executive will manage the sale, display, and promotion of motorcycle gear, accessories, and GMA (General Maintenance Accessories). This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting motorcycle gear, accessories, and maintenance products.
• Promote and upsell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
• Maintain showroom or accessory section presentation, cleanliness, and stock organization.
• Monitor inventory, update records, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding usage, care, and maintenance.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and documentation for all sales transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-year experience in retail, sales, or motorcycle accessories management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
