We are looking for a skilled Sublimation + CorelDraw Designer to join our Product Development Team and create high-quality printable designs for shoe uppers and fabrics.

Job Description:

The Sublimation + CorelDraw Designer will be responsible for developing print-ready designs for sublimation fabrics and footwear uppers. The candidate should have strong visual creativity, technical understanding of digital printing, and hands-on experience with CorelDraw, Photoshop, and color management for sublimation processes.

This role requires coordination with the development, lamination, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, color-matched, and ready for mass production.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Artwork Creation:

• Develop print designs for shoe uppers, fabrics, patterns, graphics, logos, and branding elements.
• Create CorelDraw and Photoshop files with precise measurements, repeats, and layouts suitable for sublimation printing.
• Adapt customer artwork into print-ready formats.

Sublimation Production Support:

• Prepare files for sublimation machines with proper color profiles and layout alignment.
• Coordinate with printing operators for sample outputs and production accuracy.
• Ensure color matching across different materials (polyester fabrics, mesh uppers, etc.).

Trend & Product Development:

• Stay updated with footwear, sportswear, and print-design trends.
• Develop new design concepts for running, casual, and sports footwear.
• Build a catalogue and design library for quick customer presentations.

Quality & Technical Checks:

• Review sample prints and ensure sharpness, color accuracy, and defect-free output.
• Suggest improvements in print quality, layout, and design execution.
• Ensure all design files follow company production standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–5+ years experience in sublimation design, print design, textile graphics, or footwear graphics.
• Strong command over CorelDraw, Photoshop, and design software tools.
• Understanding of sublimation printing, fabric behavior, and color calibration.
• Experience in footwear or textile industry preferred.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of print repeating, alignment, panel designs, and shoe upper dimensions is a strong advantage.
