About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Visualizer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating ideas into powerful visual communication. You'll work closely with the Art Director, Copywriters, and Strategy teams to craft compelling campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual designs for advertising campaigns, branding, social media, web, and print.
  • Translate briefs into original creative ideas and visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, content creators, and client servicing teams.
  • Ensure design consistency across all projects and brand guidelines.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior designers when required.

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with digital-first campaigns and social media creatives.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital campaign work.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to evolving creative requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Based on the Mumbai Western Line (Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, etc.)
  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
  • Agency background will be a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
