Role Overview

We're building a multi-disciplinary tech team — part developer, part designer, part dreamer — to shape Earthana's digital presence. Your mission: build, operate, evolve, design, execute and Lead the complete digital creation process — from initial sketches and concept designs to developing and deploying fully functional websites and mobile applications.

This role demands a blend of creativity and technical skill — someone who can visualize ideas through drawing and design, craft seamless UI/UX experiences, and build robust frontend and backend systems.

You'll work across the entire product lifecycle — ideation, wireframing, UI/UX design, web and app development, API integration, testing, and final deployment — ensuring every project is visually stunning, user-friendly, and performance-optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Sketch and visualize design ideas and layouts.
• Create UI/UX designs and prototypes (Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch).
• Develop responsive, interactive websites (React / / Vue / Tailwind).
• Build secure, scalable backends / Express / Django / Laravel).
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter / React Native).
• Integrate APIs, databases (MySQL / MongoDB / Firebase).
• Manage hosting, version control, and deployments (AWS / Vercel / Git).
• Maintain and customize CMS sites (WordPress / Webflow / Shopify).
• Optimize UI/UX, performance, and SEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack experience (web + app + design).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and development work.
• Ability to execute projects independently from concept to launch.

Must-Have Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-stack experience (web + app + design).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and development work.
• Ability to execute projects independently from concept to launch.
• Hands-on expertise in: UI/UX and digital storytelling (Figma, Adobe XD), Motion graphics, publication design, and visual systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and coordinating with marketing, tech, or product teams.
• Demonstrated familiarity with AI-powered design workflows and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with leadership and clients.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and responsive design.
• Based in or willing to work from Little Mount, Chennai.
• Prior experience in a startup ecosystem or tech-creative lab.
• Exposure to sustainability-centric digital projects.
• Strong sense of storytelling and design aesthetics.
