About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing SPOC
with a strong background in
e-commerce marketing
. As the SPOC, you will own end-to-end responsibility for strategizing, executing, and managing all digital marketing initiatives. You will act as the central coordinator across teams/agencies to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable growth for our online business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing).
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for e-commerce platforms.
  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and marketplaces.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative alignment across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams for campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, e-commerce tools, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in
    digital marketing for e-commerce brands
    .
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
    .
  • Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Startup/e-commerce background preferred.
