Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise on-site operations, manage work crews, and ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on site
  • Assign tasks and ensure proper execution as per project plans
  • Monitor job progress and maintain daily work reports
  • Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed
  • Check materials, tools, and equipment needed for work
  • Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to standards
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
  • Train and guide workers when required
  • Ensure worksite cleanliness and organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
