  • Court Work & Procedure:
  • Attend and represent cases before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals.
  • Handle filing, listing, and follow-up of cases in court.
  • Liaise with court staff, clerks, and registry officials for procedural matters.
  • Legal Drafting & Research:
  • Draft plaints, written statements, petitions, legal notices, agreements, and affidavits.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedural and substantive laws.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Assist in client meetings, collect case documents, and update clients on progress.
  • Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.
  • Office & Documentation Work:
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital case files.
  • Prepare case summaries, indexes, and filings efficiently.
  • Handle computer-based work such as typing, formatting, and document management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility:

Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. The candidate must be enrolled with the Bar Council and preferably possess a bike and a laptop for office and court-related work.
