Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team. As part of the product team at Driffle, you will play a key role in driving product improvements, refining user experiences, and ensuring that we meet both business goals and customer needs. Your experience in product management, data analysis, and UX improvement will be crucial to shaping the future of our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Market Research
: Lead in-depth research into Driffle's products and competitor platforms. You'll track industry trends, evaluate new features, understand pricing strategies, and identify best practices in the digital gaming marketplace to ensure Driffle stays competitive and innovative.
  • Roadmap Planning Support
: Assist the product team in defining and updating the product roadmap, contributing to brainstorming sessions for new features, evaluating feature requests, and prioritizing updates that align with business objectives and customer demands.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
: Take ownership of analyzing user data, behavior, and key product metrics using SQL and Excel. You'll uncover insights that drive product decisions, identifying areas where users experience friction and highlighting features that drive engagement and conversion.
  • UX Improvement Collaboration
: Work closely with UX/UI designers to recommend and implement design improvements. You'll leverage user feedback, usability studies, and data insights to drive UI/UX enhancements and ensure a smooth, engaging user experience.
  • Reporting & Presentation
: Prepare clear and impactful reports and presentations to communicate your findings, insights, and product recommendations to the broader product and leadership teams. You will present actionable data in a way that drives decision-making and facilitates strategic discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the seamless execution of product updates and launches. You will play an integral role in ensuring insights are shared and implemented across functions.

Requirements:

  • SQL & Excel Proficiency
: Solid proficiency in SQL and Excel. Ability to write complex queries, analyze large datasets, and derive actionable insights to inform product strategy.
  • Experience in Product Management
: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or digital product environments. You should be comfortable working across all stages of the product lifecycle—from research and ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Passion for Gaming
: A strong interest in the gaming industry with a solid understanding of digital game marketplaces and gamer preferences. Being an avid gamer is a huge plus.
  • UX and Product Experience
: Previous experience in UX or product development, with a focus on improving user experience and optimizing digital products.
  • E-commerce/Marketplace Knowledge
: Familiarity with online marketplaces or e-commerce business models. Experience analyzing e-commerce metrics, user journeys, or conducting competitive analysis is highly valued.
  • Tool Proficiency
: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, Jira, or other analytics and product management platforms.
  • Educational Background
: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant work experience can substitute for formal education.
