About the Role:

We are seeking a
Quality Engineer
to join our team at
SP Tech Pioneer Pvt. Ltd.
, Pune. The role involves hands-on inspection and quality assurance activities on precision-engineered components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through systematic inspection, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    on-machine inspection
    and
    final inspection
    of machined and fabricated components.
  • Prepare and maintain
    inspection reports
    ,
    test reports
    , and
    quality documentation
    .
  • Ensure inspection processes comply with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Identify and report deviations, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for quality-related improvements.
  • Maintain calibration records and proper handling of inspection equipment.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of
    precision measurement
    and
    inspection techniques
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Trimos
    ,
    Vernier Caliper
    ,
    Micrometer
    , and other basic inspection instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret
    engineering drawings
    and
    tolerances
    .
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards and quality procedures is an advantage.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection (freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
