International Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, this is the right opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information with a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain call quality and meet performance targets.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Candidates from BPO/Call Center background preferred.
  • Immediate joiners only.
