Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Lead (Full Stack) located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Development Lead will oversee and contribute to both the front-end and back-end development of the platform. As 
Development Lead (Full Stack)
, you will be a 
hands-on leader
 responsible for guiding a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver robust SaaS features. You will balance coding, architecture, and leadership, while embedding 
AI-assisted workflows
 into the SDLC. This role requires 
at least 3 years of experience as a Development Lead
, deep AWS expertise, and proven ability to 
design solutions and author technical specifications
 that translate product requirements into scalable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be hands-on in full stack development using , Angular/TypeScript, and Python/FastAPI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers; review code and enforce best practices.
  • Solution design: Translate product requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Own the design and development of SaaS features in a multi-tenant, secure, compliant environment.
  • Leverage AI-integrated development tools (Copilot, ChatOps, automated test generation) to accelerate productivity.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect and DevOps Lead to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Work closely with QA to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive performance optimization, observability, and reliability of services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Development Lead in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong, hands-on coding expertise with , Angular, Python/FastAPI.
  • Proven experience in AI-integrated development — using copilots/agents for code generation, testing, and reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions and author technical specifications.
  • Deep and broad AWS expertise, with hands-on experience across services such as:
  • ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation/Terraform/CDK
  • Aurora Postgres (+pgvector), DynamoDB, S3, Redis/SQS, OpenSearch
  • IAM, VPC, KMS, and cloud security best practices
  • Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and secure coding standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
