Develop personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.

Take ownership of product brainstorming, user research, interaction design, and visual design. Knowledge of Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines. Technical Competencies UI Design:Ability to Create

High Quality, visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces designs for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and adhere to brand guidelines.

UX Strategy & Design:Plan and execute end-to-end user experience workflows. Optimize usability, accessibility, and functionality. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Design System Management:Knowledge in design systems, libraries, and reusable components

Basic understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript (preferred). Proven experience in HTML/CSSGood understanding of Micro Interactions and TransitionDesign Tools:Figma (ability to create interactions and transitions in Figma for prototyping), Adobe Creative SuiteSoft Skill Competencies (Expectation based on role)Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs. Strong time management skills with the ability to stick to deadlines and work independently.

Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail in design, proofreading, and grammar.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. Ensure seamless hand-off of design specifications to development teams. Any
