Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure compliance with company policies, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities also include analyzing performance metrics, streamlining processes, and maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy in healthcare management tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and related processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Skills in process improvement and streamlining operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in RPA, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is a plus
