We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with an eye for brand storytelling. If you're someone who thrives at design strategy and creating web experiences that are visually compelling, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion, we want to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for designing websites, microsites and landing pages that communicate clearly, guide user behaviour, and support broader marketing goals through layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and interaction.  

The role:

  • Design brand-aligned websites/landing pages optimized for marketing, campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Designing long and short creative assets, such as statics, infographics, GIFS to support written content
  • Repurposing existing visual assets into different format (short and long) and produce premium quality designs
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that communicate design concepts across responsive layouts and devices.
  • Apply design principles to create layouts, typography, iconography, and imagery that reinforce brand identity and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to translate goals into intuitive and high-performing web experiences.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to manage and evolve website functionality and performance.
  • Conduct user behavior research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve website performance.
  • Measuring key performance indicators
  • Ensure websites follow best practices in UX, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Checks
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across web assets.
  • Stay updated on design trends, web technologies, and marketing UX best practices.

The people we'd love to meet:

  • 2-4 years of work experience designing marketing websites, brand pages, and digital campaigns (portfolio required).
  • Full proficiency of Figma, and the entire Adobe Suite and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
  • Deep understanding of UX for marketing websites (CTAs, lead forms, information hierarchy).
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web design
  • A self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and works in a fast-evolving environment

Bonus:

  • Experience with motion/interaction design for marketing pages (e.g., micro-animations, Lottie).
  • Familiarity with analytics and CRO tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing platforms).
  • Understanding of basic front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS awareness to work closely with developers).
  • Exposure to branding and campaign design beyond websites
