Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, cash, bank).
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and bills.
  • Handle petty cash and daily expenses records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance work.
  • Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Manage basic office clerical work (filing, documentation, record keeping).
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff for accounts-related queries.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualification & Experience:

 B.Com / M.Com / Any commerce background.

 1–3 years of accounting experience (freshers can also apply if skilled).

Salary: As per company norms.
