Role & responsibilities:-

1. Deep knowledge of electrical and electronic components: resistors, capacitors, PCBs, transformers, relays, connectors, solar panels, inverters, BLE controllers, Solenoids, chargers and power conditioning units

2. Experience with IPC-A 610, IPC-A 620 standards for PCB and cable assembly quality.

3. Proficiency in SMT, wave soldering, PCB assembly, cable harness production, crimping and automated testing systems

4. Hands on expertise with inspection tools like multimeter, oscilloscopes, callipers, LCR meters, power analysers, insulation testers, IR cameras, Hi Pot testers, Ohm meters and other diagnostic equipment

5. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, wiring diagrams, schematics, Gerber files and IPC standards

6. Familiarity with firmware flashing, embedded electronics testing and communication protocols (CAN, RS485, Modbus, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)

7. Support New Product Development (NPD) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) with quality assurance inputs

8. Hand on experience of CAPA, FMEA, 8D, SAP, PPAP, ISO, APQP. KAIZEN, MS Office is the must

9. Strong technical aptitude with a problem solving mindset.

10. Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

Experience and Qualifications:-

1. 10 to 12 years of experience

2. BE/B. Tech in electronics & telecommunication.

3. Salary:- 5-6 LPA
