Role & responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Supervision
  • Manage day-to-day activities at the project site for commercial office interiors.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and project timelines.
  • Supervise gypsum works, flooring, electrical, partitions, painting, and modular furniture installation.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor manpower allocation and ensure productivity at site.
  • Liaise with the design team, PMCs, and clients to address site-related queries.
  • Quality & Safety
  • Implement HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines and ensure compliance at the site.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets the companys standards and specifications.
  • Prepare snag lists and oversee final handover.
  • Material Management
  • Verify materials delivered to the site match specifications.
  • Maintain stock levels and reduce wastage.
  • Raise material requests in advance to avoid project delays.
  • Project Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily site progress reports (DPR) and submit updates to the project manager.
  • Record measurements for billing and contractor payments.
  • Assist in preparing work schedules and project tracking documents.
  • Client Interaction
  • Address client concerns at the site promptly and professionally.
  • Represent the company during site inspections and progress meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 1 - 3 years in commercial interior fit-out contracting companies.

Interior fit-out works like gypsum ceilings, partitions, flooring, furniture, electrical coordination.

Skills: Project coordination, time management, vendor handling, HSE awareness, QA/QC knowledge.

Location: Bangalore must be willing to travel to multiple sites within the city.
