About the Team
The primary purpose of the Central Quoting Coordinator is to facilitate oversight and support to PROviders and customers who purchase an in-home measurement. The Central Quoting Coordinator is responsible for tracking PROvider requests for support, documenting all interactions, addressing issues, and communicating with customers and service providers to ensure a measurement is completed. The Central Quoting Coordinator must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to accomplish this. The Central Quoting Coordinator will collaborate directly with customers, service providers, and peers to deliver the desired customer experience. The Central Quoting Coordinator will receive regular feedback and coaching from his/her leader and must be receptive and able to continually incorporate the feedback to improve skills and enhance performance.
Job Summary:
- Works within a system-based work queue to identify activities ready for review.
Works in various internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify service request information and communicate with others involved in the quoting process.
Manage tasks and make outbound calls to customers or PROviders to provide updates or gather information.
Manage refund tasks and process refunds through myRedVest Orders.
Submit accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions related to the project in appropriate technology tools (i.e., Installation Management System, myRedVest and Salesforce).
Practice active listening skills with customers and PROviders to deliver an excellent customer experience and promote team collaboration.
Deliver consistent service by referring to and executing defined processes and providing feedback to enhance current processes.
Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
Drive for results by consistently achieving goals and completing tasks/activities on time.
Build effective relationships with others by organizing information, sharing information with coworkers and leaders, and seeking performance feedback.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving process enhancements.
Complete assigned training courses, and participate in team meetings, town halls, developmental meetings, etc.
- Inbound calling experience to the US market.
- Basic understanding on the retail services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Years of Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.
