  • *About the Role*

  • We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage and support a team of 10–15 tele sales employees. The role focuses on ensuring team performance, conducting initial interview rounds, employee engagement activities, and overseeing incentive programs.

  • *Key Responsibilities*

*

  • * Handle team management of 10–15 telesales employees, ensuring productivity and performance.
  • * Monitor and help employees in achieving sales targets & daily goals.
  • * Conduct & schedule first-round interviews for new hires.
  • * Oversee employee engagement activities including orientation and onboarding.
  • * Prepare and manage incentive slabs & performance-based rewards.
  • * Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • * Act as a bridge between employees and management to resolve queries and concerns.

  • *Requirements*
  • * Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • * 2–4 years of experience in HR operations / team handling (tele sales preferred).
  • * Strong people management and communication skills.
  • * Ability to motivate, engage, and lead employees toward targets.
  • * Knowledge of incentive design and performance evaluation will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
