Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive ( Female) located in Jaipur. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, coordinating procurement activities, and facilitating smooth communication with suppliers and internal teams. Daily responsibilities require efficient purchase management to ensure operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Skills in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
- Experience and knowledge in Procurement processes
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools or ERP systems for purchasing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local and international procurement practices is an added advantage
