Key responsibilities include creating design schematics, troubleshooting technical issues, developing maintenance schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.What You Will Do:
• Troubleshooting & debugging of Assembly station during breakdown is the prior goal
•Adherence to Assembly station, preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure.
• Maintain the MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list etc… according to Industry standard
• Verifying & Validation of Poke yoke systems & line improvements.
•  Maintain all document check list like Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, other check list etc.
•  All running machine need to understand & debug
•  Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
•  Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policyWhat Makes You Eligible
