Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and help transform complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced analytical models, building predictive solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Design and develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.

- Present findings and visualizations to stakeholders using effective data visualization techniques.

- Optimize models and maintain model performance in production environments.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science methodologies.

Primary Skills & Competencies :

- Strong proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling.

- Solid understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).

- Strong mathematical and statistical background.

- Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop/Spark) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 69 years as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
