E-commerce Specialist / Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, executing online sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and/or WooCommerce.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and other online marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO.
  • Monitor online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Ensure a smooth online customer journey from product discovery to checkout and post-sale service.
  • Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze traffic, sales, and user data using tools like Google Analytics and report findings.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
