  1. Architect and Design:
  • Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure frontend systems.
  1. Code Review and Debugging:
  • Conduct detailed code reviews and implement efficient debugging techniques to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  1. Database and API Design:
  • Collaborate with backend teams to optimize database schemas and API integrations.
  1. Technical Mentorship:
  • Guide and mentor engineers, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
  1. Project Ownership:
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and ensure timely execution.
  1. Performance Optimization:
  • Enhance frontend performance through efficient rendering and caching strategies.
Qualifications
  • Educational Requirement:
  • B.Tech in CSE, IT, or Electrical branches.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Mastery of ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • In-depth understanding of design patterns, debugging, and scalable system architecture.
  • Proven experience with database design and REST API integration.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Technical Stack
  • Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript ecosystem.
