Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shrirampur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, and assisting with purchases. They will also manage inventory, handle sales transactions, and maintain impeccable product presentation in the showroom. Additional tasks include building relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about product features and offers to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and close sales effectively
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Knowledge of furniture products, trends, and design concepts is preferred
- Ability to handle point-of-sale systems and manage inventory efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer queries or concerns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related field is an advantage
- MBA or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail management are a plus
