About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer with minimum 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on modern web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack. You'll be involved in both frontend and backend development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ), ensuring responsive and interactive UI with React.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, manage databases, caching (Redis), file storage (AWS S3), and offline storage (Index DB/Local Storage).
  • Implement security and communication features such as JWT/OAuth for authentication and WebSocket for real-time updates.
  • Test, debug, and deploy applications using tools like Postman, Jest/Mocha, and platforms like AWS or Vercel with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate using Git/GitHub, estimate project timelines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to delivery deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of hands-on experience or internship of 6 months in MERN stack development.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
