Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will manage key client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing client requirements, preparing reports, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also entails setting targets and collaborating on strategic initiatives to improve service delivery.
