About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer specializing in Artificial Intelligence to create comprehensive, cutting-edge AI and machine learning courses. The ideal candidate will possess deep mathematical foundations in machine learning, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible educational content.

What you'll do

Course Development & Design

  • Design and develop comprehensive AI/ML curricula covering machine learning fundamentals, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI
  • Create structured learning paths from mathematical foundations to advanced model development
  • Develop hands-on projects including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment scenarios
  • Design practical assignments covering real-world AI applications and use cases

Content Creation

  • Write clear, engaging, and mathematically rigorous course materials including video scripts, tutorials, and technical documentation
  • Create interactive coding examples and model demonstrations
  • Develop supplementary resources such as mathematical derivations, algorithm explanations, and troubleshooting guides
  • Produce video content including coding walkthroughs, mathematical explanations, and model training sessions

Technical Implementation

  • Build and maintain AI/ML course projects and model repositories
  • Implement training pipelines and fine-tuning workflows for various model architectures
  • Ensure all code examples follow current best practices and industry standards
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant updates into course content

Quality Assurance & Improvement

  • Review and update existing course content to maintain accuracy with rapidly evolving AI landscape
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and practitioners to ensure content quality and relevance
  • Analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve course effectiveness
  • Maintain version control and documentation for all course materials and trained models

What we're looking for

Mathematical & Technical Foundation

  • Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics
  • Deep understanding of machine learning theory, optimization, and statistical learning
  • 3+ years of hands-on machine learning and AI development experience
  • Expert proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
  • Experience training and fine-tuning state-of-the-art models (transformers, diffusion models)
  • Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure ML)

Content & Communication

  • Proven experience creating educational or training content in technical domains
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly
  • Strong technical writing and instructional design skills
  • Video production and editing capabilities for technical content
  • Experience breaking down advanced AI concepts for different skill levels

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
  • Knowledge of autonomous AI agent design patterns (reflection, planning, ReAct, Reflexion)
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent orchestration
  • Experience with prompt engineering and advanced prompting techniques (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought)
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and vector databases
  • Familiarity with AI agent tooling and function calling capabilities
