This role is integral to shaping our brand presence across social media platforms and ensuring our content stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
  • Create visually engaging designs, including banners, posts, infographics, and carousels tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ensure designs align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Develop templates for consistent branding and faster content production.
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit and produce short-form video content, including reels, stories, promotional videos, and animations for social media.
  • Add effects, transitions, and subtitles to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form video content into bite-sized, platform-friendly formats.
  • Social Media Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the social media team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends in design and video editing to create fresh, engaging content.
  • Optimize content for different social media platforms and audiences.
  • Brand Storytelling:
  • Transform ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Innovate ways to make the brand's content stand out through unique graphics and videos.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design and video files.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Min 1 or 2 years in graphic design and video editing, preferably with a focus on social media.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools).
  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
  • Creative Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with content trends, platform-specific requirements, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills, particularly for social media campaigns.
