Job Title: AI/ML Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design scalable, high-impact AI and machine learning solutions that power our next generation of products and platforms. In this strategic role, you will define architectural standards, guide technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own the architecture for machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions across the organization.

Develop scalable end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, model serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Lead the evaluation and integration of AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Architect solutions using LLMs, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or multi-modal AI based on business needs.

Define MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure for model deployment and governance.

Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to identify AI opportunities and translate them into actionable architectures.

Conduct research and POCs on emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Establish standards for responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance.

Provide mentoring, technical leadership, and guidance to ML engineers and data scientists.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field; Ph.D. a plus.

6–10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science, with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.

Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data engineering tools.

Experience designing large-scale ML systems using Kubernetes, Docker, Spark, or similar technologies.

Strong understanding of MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML, Feast, etc.).

Proven experience deploying ML models into production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, RAG architecture, and generative AI frameworks.

Hands-on experience with data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI guidelines.

Background in microservices, event-driven systems, or real-time AI/ML applications.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML or cloud-native projects.
