Job Title: Receptionist
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Location: Ghodbunder Road, Thane
Job Summary
We are looking for a presentable and responsible Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and comfortable handling basic computer tasks. Candidates with experience in a sonography clinic will be given preference. Freshers may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors/patients politely
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records and assist with basic documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area
Skills & Requirements
- Preferably married and staying near Ghodbunder Road / Thane
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working at a sonography clinic is preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
