Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations in the saree and unstitched suit manufacturing sector. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of ethnic wear markets, and proven expertise in expanding wholesale, retail, and distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and expand the B2B, wholesale, distributor, and retailer networks across India and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to track trends, competitors, and customer preferences in sarees and unstitched suits.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely supply and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Handle key accounts and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Ensure effective customer relationship management (CRM) and resolve escalations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of saree & ethnic wear industry trends.
  • Excellent sales planning, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and manage distributor & retail networks.
  • Leadership qualities with team management experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Textile, Saree, Apparel, or Ethnic Wear Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
