About the Role

We are on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Finishing Artist) to join our growing creative team. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, precision in execution, and expertise in finalizing high-quality visual assets across branding, marketing, printing, and digital media.

You will be responsible for translating creative briefs into polished deliverables, ensuring design consistency and pixel-perfect output across all mediums. The ideal candidate is meticulous, has a strong eye for detail, possesses good software knowledge, executes tasks quickly, and takes ownership of delivering professional finishing.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and finalize high-quality designs for branding, campaigns, printing, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, indesign and CorelDRAW.

· Prepare print-ready artworks with precise layouts, color corrections, and technical specifications.

· Design and adapt marketing collateral: brochures, banners, event graphics, digital ads, presentations, and social media posts.

· Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs by collaborating with the content, marketing, and events teams.

· Review and refine design files for accuracy, quality, and readiness before release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· –4 years of proven experience in graphic design, finishing, and artwork preparation.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

· Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch errors before print/delivery.

· Familiarity with pre-press and print production processes.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

· A strong portfolio showcasing design and finishing skills.
