Graphic Designer & Video Editor (4-12 Year old Personal Care Brand)

Department: Marketing/Creative

Type: Full‑time

Location: On-site, Kolkata.

Role Overview

You'll lead the creation of vibrant, child-friendly visuals—as static graphics, infographics, motion

graphics, and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). You'll also harness AI-powered

tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Express with Firefly) to speed up ideation and

production, directly contributing to campaign impact and boosting brand sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Campaign Creative:

Design bright, engaging visuals and infographics optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and

YouTube—aligned with child-focused aesthetics.

Video Editing & Short-Form Content:

Edit and produce dynamic short-form content with transitions, captions, effects, music,

and engaging storytelling.

Motion Graphics:

Create simple animations and overlays using After Effects (or equivalents) to enrich

visual storytelling.

AI-Assisted Creative Production:

Employ AI tools like DALL·E, Midjourney, Runway, and Adobe Express/Firefly for

image/video generation, visual enhancements, and rapid prototyping.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration:

Contribute to campaign ideation and content planning sessions; ensure creative assets

align with brand tone and marketing objectives.

Production Workflow Management:

Maintain asset organization, integrate feedback efficiently, and ensure on-time delivery

of all creative outputs.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or equivalent.

Experience & Portfolio:

Fresher or 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio

showcasing vibrant, engaging social content.

Technical Proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, and AI creative tools

Basic knowledge of motion graphics principles

Creative & Strategic Mindset:

Strong visual storytelling; ability to design content that resonates with young children

and parents.

Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent teamwork, feedback responsiveness, and time-management skills.
