Ciklum is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project focused on ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive end-to-end testing of Salesforce systems and related integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM systems, including functional, integration, and regression testing

  • Validate business processes, workflows, and data integrity across Salesforce modules

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards

  • Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and execute test scripts

  • Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution

  • Contribute to automation strategy and execution (automation experience will be considered a strong advantage)

  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Participate in daily standups and collaborate effectively in a remote, PST-aligned working model

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM testing

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing within Salesforce environments

  • Good understanding of CRM workflows, data flows, and system integrations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in QA automation tools/frameworks is a plus

  • Ability and willingness to work in PST timezone
