Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and improving mechanical designs and systems that meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
  • Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CREO,AutoCAD, or CATIA.
  • Conduct design calculations and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Evaluate existing designs and suggest improvements for performance and cost optimization.
  • Support prototype development and testing activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 0–5 years in mechanical design or product development.
  • Software Skills: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent design tools.
  • Knowledge: Materials, manufacturing processes, GD&T, and design standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sheet metal, plastic, or machinery design.
  • Familiarity with FEA tools and product validation.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
