Key Responsibilities

Line Balancing: Optimize workloads, reduce bottlenecks, and align processes with production goals.

Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies, implement lean principles, and monitor results.

Lean Manufacturing: Eliminate waste using tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Cycle Time Reduction: Analyze and reduce cycle times while maintaining quality.

Time Studies: Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and improve workflows.

New Assembly Process: Develop new assembly processes and improve existing lines.

Manufacturing Documentation: Prepare manufacturing documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Utilize knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, piping, and testing (preferred).

Work Experience

Engineering Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/ Production or related field. Engineering graduate with 10-15 years of experience.

Experience in line balancing, process optimization, and Lean Manufacturing from automotive, FMCG and/or any processing industry

Strong understanding of assembly/testing processes and documentation.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Should have proven of 3-4 years experience in LEAN Manufacturing Systems

Should have implemented poka-yoke / kaizen in at least 4 projects

Should have done time-study and cycle time management.
