Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Netskope Full time US$ 1,25,000 - US$ 1,75,000 per year
About Netskope

Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.

Since 2012, we have built the market-leading cloud security company and an award-winning culture powered by hundreds of employees spread across offices in Santa Clara, St. Louis, Bangalore, London, Paris, Melbourne, Taipei, and Tokyo. Our core values are openness, honesty, and transparency, and we purposely developed our open desk layouts and large meeting spaces to support and promote partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork. From catered lunches and office celebrations to employee recognition events and social professional groups such as the Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), we strive to keep work fun, supportive and interactive.  Visit us at Netskope Careers. Please follow us on LinkedIn and .

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Quality Engineer to join our development team. As a QE Engineer at Netskope, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and security of our data protection products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute tests that validate both the integrity and security of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, have great organizational & planning skills, and be ready to partner with a strong team to enhance our software testing.

What's in it for you:

Validate product performance, scalability, and resilience, particularly in scenarios involving large-scale data protection. Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build partnerships with the entire engineering team - our QA team makes us look good and we respect their feedback so your attention to detail and follow-through makes our team stronger
  • Openly communicate with your peers and managers, and partner across UX, engineering, & product to deliver best-in-class features for a growing product
  • Handle customer escalations, perform root cause analysis and drive customer issues to closure from a QE perspective.
  • Engaging in cross functional team standups to prioritize tasks, communicate progress & blockers to team members, & work as a team to meet our deadlines & deliver impact for our customers
Required skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in QA testing, with your most recent job in this area specifically
