Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Collaborate closely with the design manager & Principal architects to develop innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet project requirements and exceed expectations.
• Project Management: manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines,
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural drafting, detailing, and documentation using industry-standard software and tools.
• Coordination: Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers , engineers, and contractors, to integrate architectural designs seamlessly within the overall project framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a renowned architectural firm or design consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for design aesthetics, spatial planning, and material selection.
