About Us:

Xpert Crew, a mobile application by Tasktide Pvt. Ltd., is an on-demand home and commercial services platform connecting customers with skilled technicians like electricians, plumbers, AC mechanics, carpenters, cleaners, and more.

We are looking for skilled Multi Technicians who can handle multiple types of service and maintenance work efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend service requests for electrical, plumbing, AC, or related maintenance works.
  • Diagnose issues and perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks at customer locations.
  • Ensure timely completion of jobs and maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Coordinator and customers.
  • Be willing to travel across Trivandrum for service assignments.
  • Maintain tools, uniform, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or related trades.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
  • Should be willing to travel for site works.
  • Must have good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps and service workflows.
