Tender Executive cum Sales Coordinator

- Monitor government and private tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and compile complete tender submissions within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents and data.
- Ensure accurate submission of online and offline tenders.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, amendments, and results.
- Follow up on tender status and support in post-tender activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide required information.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for order processing.
- Maintain CRM entries, sales trackers, and client communication logs.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and presentations for the sales team.
- Support sales targets through timely coordination and documentation.
- Handle correspondence with clients and vendors professionally.
- Prepare MIS reports for tenders and sales performance.
- Ensure all documents are updated, organized, and audit-ready.
- Assist in pricing discussions and basic commercial analysis.
- Manage filing of agreements, POs, and business documents.
- Work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Support management with weekly updates and required reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
