About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
AWS Tech Lead (Migration Lead Engineer)
to join our
Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
team.

In this role, you will
lead large-scale cloud migration initiatives
—ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across AWS and containerized environments. You'll collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to
automate deployments
, enhance monitoring, and drive continuous optimization in performance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
cloud migration projects
and ensure seamless transition of workloads to AWS.

Design, implement, and maintain
scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure
.

Develop
automation scripts and tooling
using Python to enhance platform efficiency.

Implement
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
using
AWS CloudFormation
(Terraform knowledge is a plus).

Manage
container orchestration platforms
such as
OpenShift
or
Kubernetes
.

Build and manage
CI/CD pipelines
using
Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
.

Configure and optimize
system monitoring
using
AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace
, and other observability tools.

Troubleshoot complex
cloud, network, and container
issues with root cause analysis.

Collaborate with
security, compliance, and DevSecOps
teams to ensure governance standards.

Document
best practices, architectures, and operational workflows
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in
Python
for scripting and automation.

Hands-on expertise with
AWS services
and
CloudFormation templates
.

Experience with
OpenShift
or
Kubernetes
for container orchestration.

Proficiency with monitoring tools like
Dynatrace
and
AWS CloudWatch
.

Experience managing
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

Solid understanding of
Linux systems, networking
, and
cloud-native architectures
.

Familiarity with
Ansible
or similar configuration management tools (
Terraform
is a plus).

Strong
troubleshooting
and
incident management
skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of
AWS Well-Architected Framework
and
cost optimization strategies
.

Experience with
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
.

Relevant Certifications:

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift
  • Exposure to
    microservices
    architecture and
    DevSecOps
    practices.
