Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Handling:

2. Managing cash transactions, counting, and reconciling cash

3. Ensuring accuracy and security of cash handling

4. Customer Service:

5. Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues

6. Handling customer transactions, queries, and concerns

7. Financial Transactions:

8. Processing payments, deposits, and withdrawals

9. Maintaining accurate financial records

10. Team Supervision:

11. Guiding and supporting junior cashiers

12. Monitoring and evaluating team performance

13. Reporting and Compliance:

14. Preparing reports on cash handling and transactions

15. Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in cash handling and customer service

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in financial software and systems
