As an experienced professional in the field of commissioning, you should possess deep knowledge of commissioning String & Central Inverters, Modules, Robots & Trackers, and have a solid understanding of applicable testing standards. Your role will involve ensuring that all commissioning work is carried out in compliance with approved commissioning SOP, schematic drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in reviewing specifications and drawings, as well as providing recommendations for engineering or manufacturing changes to align with solar design objectives. Documentation will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, including maintaining checklists, test reports, and providing monthly MIS. Effective coordination with OEMs, Vendors, PGCIL/NRLDC, and other stakeholders is essential to resolve technical issues and facilitate the smooth and timely commissioning of projects. In this role, you will be expected to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for commissioning activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate new renewable energy assets into existing operations is also a vital part of your duties. Moreover, providing technical direction and support to installation teams throughout installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, and performance monitoring will be integral to your role. Daily tracking of commissioning activities and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols are critical components of this position.
