Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in digital marketing activities such as link building, email data gathering, and outreach, and will play a key role in increasing our online visibility and lead generation efforts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Link Building & SEO Outreach

  • Research and identify high-quality backlink opportunities.
  • Perform outreach to bloggers, website owners, and influencers for link placements and collaborations.
  • Track and manage backlink profiles using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

Email Data Gathering & Lead Research

  • Identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Compile and maintain accurate contact databases for targeted email campaigns.
  • Ensure all data collected complies with privacy and data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, link building, or lead research.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficient in email research tools , Apollo, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
