About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver seamless user experiences that boost conversions, retention, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, technology teams, and UI/UX designers.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product specifications.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management – from planning to launch and optimization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to plan sprints, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure the platform delivers a best-in-class customer experience, focusing on speed, UX, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams for smooth product rollouts.
  • Identify product risks, propose solutions, and maintain quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in an e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, UI/UX principles, customer journeys, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent skills in writing user stories, product specs, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, heatmaps, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with tech, design, marketing, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
