Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern UI technologies.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.
  • Drive cloud adoption and automation using AWS services.
  • Own technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Full-stack skills : experience with React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience in REST API development, API integrations, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with serverless applications.
  • Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
